I did rebuild the heli as I thought that vibration might be an issue, but when I tested it without the blades on I can see all the servos are jumping around and they seem to jump more with higher headspeed, something funny is going on maybe its a receiver issue

We had two Kontronik equipped 700s up here giving us grief also using Spektrum/JR sats. The sats were dropping out or not binding up or booting during power up's. Servos hopping or booting up in full throws! One not binding and the other flashing! They both used the esc based low voltage bec's (somewhere around 5v if memory serves me right). And of course KT denied any responsibility putting the blame squarely on the sats needing higher voltages to work properly. One heli was Bav Demon equipped btw. Same issue till we installed separate bec's, then they ran correctly with zero issues. I do have a later email with KT admitting they had a software mismatch issue with that esc with sats they were trying to resolve. The owner scrapped the esc in favor of a cheapo Yep and the heli is flying superbly, still using low voltage as the heli is running 4.8v cyclic servos. It was the esc's all along!

The esc wouldn't boot as it needed a clean throttle signal, and the esc was stopping this from happening itself. Something in their bec stopped the sats! Or was intermittent.

hmmm! that's interesting, talon 25's are fairly cheap, maybe this one is on the way out

as an experiment I turned off the sk gov and setup the cc gov and the servos aren't jittering , maybe the sk doesn't play nice with the talon 25. I might give it a go tomorrow and see if I notice anything

I changed blades this morning, the ones I had on had a few nicks and scratches but are still in perfect balance but I thought I would change them just to rule them out , I spooled it up and although the servos aren't twitching any near where they were before they are still twitching a very small amount , I'm going to remove the phase sensor to see if its anything to do with that, this has only really started to rear its ugly head when I tried using the sk gov , so maybe its just not compatible with the setup I have

I think I found what the twitching is , I turned down the cyclic gain and the twitching stopped, I went from 35 to 25 which seems a lot lower than I have run but if it works so what

had 2 flights this morning I tried to push as hard as I could and it performed perfectly. so hopefully , now , it really is sorted

Apologies for the slow response.

Unless it's a hardware problem, maybe with a bad pin on the port, I don't know what the cause might be. If you have any other logs showing the issue that might help.

I'm starting to wonder if that is not a Tx/Rx glitch? I have opened the log again around the 100 sec area and there is more than one strange input there - some controls go to 100% at ones. doesn't look really human to me:

that is odd , what does it mean , I still think its a compatability issue between futaba ,cc and sk, since going to the cc gov and removing the rpm sensor I haven't had any more issues
