Default Rebuild post crash, doing weird chicken dance on the servos

I have just the frame assembled( frames, motor in it's mount, bearing blocks and a mast installed for alignment), added one used servo, tail servo not hooked up yet , add power, get one initial jump on the swash, then 10 seconds later the three cyclic servo's are going nuts, no logical pattern, just alot of moving about, keeps going until I disconnect the battery ... I did this twice to verify
Is this from not having the tail servo in the loop ?
or maybe the servo I added is bad
or is the beastx unit damaged due to crash ?? no obvious damage on the exterior.
did I hook up the ESC backwards? I made sure the black wire is in the same position as before I dis-connected it ??

my next step is to hook up the tail servo,
after that try a new used servo ??? or a new tail servo just to check ??

Any other hints appreciated.

motor is not hooked up, and the frame is sitting flat on the bottom, normal orientation, no bottom plate or landing gear

Default Chicken Dance

Check servos. My guess is that one (or two) got damaged in the crash. I have wrecked 4 servos so far and I am waiting for another set to try now on my 250.

I plugged in a known bad servo while I held my heli and noticed one servo going nuts especially near level.

Also blade balance. Balance, and then check again. Beastx doesn't like wobbling.

Servos will go crazy if the BeastX is seeing low voltage. Check your input voltage first, and if that's OK then you could have a bad servo drawing enough power to bring the whole system down.

Seems I had the esc plug reversed, I flipped it to see what would happen and all is normal, I guess my note take wasn't that good
Swash works correctly and responds correctly to tilts, I even set the limits on the tail !.
