Default No authority to accelerate in Forward Flight

I can't figure out what is wrong with my 120.

So in the last few flights since last September I can not get this thing to track in a straight line forward. No matter what orientation and conditions, you can put full forward elevator and the helicopter will not accelerate.

When it does start going it out starts drifting right. Put in any rudder input, totally unsettles and flybar snaps it around.

Something has me all fouled up.

Not to mention the tail rotor stated kicking off at any the shaft during power up.

Hello.

Look at the left side of the main shaft just at the top of the canopy for
the anti rotation pin being out of the loop.

It can pop out in a crash.
Check your elevator trim! What transmitter are you flying with?

Check the tail rotor is plugged in to main board all the way.
If the tail rotor comes off the shaft try this.

Let me know if this is not the problem.

Check that the longer balls on the swashplate are being used. The 120sr doesn't go very good fast on the shorter balls. What radio are you using?

All is good. The rotation pin is good.

The speed has never been "fast". But compared to how it used to fly before, it is only creeping now.

I am using a DX6 with one of two profiles. One is the one I built up, and another I received from heli-freak. Name escapes me at the minute.
