Default Is the G700 competition consider to be a light 700?

As the title states "Is the G700 competition consider to be a light 700?"
Thinking about getting the G700 competition for my next big bird as I have a Trex 700 DFC would like to know how the two perform and is there a major difference in flight characters tic between the two?

The G700 would be lighter.

The comp has larger frames, canopy, drive system.

The comp would be considered a more robust airframe for hard flying.

When I bought my 700 Comp I pulled everything out of my 700 DFC and moved it to the Goblin. Exact same equipment Nd blades on the same scale and it was a hair under half a pound lighter. Not a huge difference, but not bad. It feels much lighter in the air than the 700.

Hardly. Take half a pound off of any heli and it will feel lighter in the air.

I disagree, your brain makes a 'connection()' between your eyes and fingers making a arteficial feeling that let you get a idea what the heli is doing, i also had these experiences when i did competition with rc cars in all populair scales.
