Red Aluminum Servo Arms
Howdy folks I would like to outfit my X50 with red aluminum servo arms and was wondering if anyone has done this already. I am using 4 Savox SV-0220MG and Futaba for tail. I believe all are the 25 tooth spline ?? On a side note is Thunder Tiger phasing out their Nitro Heli's special the X50? Thanks in advance for any help.

Nitro has been discontinued by TT.
I am using the double arms and splined bushings from TT designed for the G4 in my X50. They are excellent. Yielded perfect rates in Vbar with no subtrims since they are infinitely adjustable too.

I wont use aluminum arms do to the fact that in a crash, plastic horns break instead of servo gears. Aluminum arm wont break so something else will.

I've never used alum arms before either for the same reason. These seemed cool enough to try. They'd kill my gears in the right sort of crash.

I've also used Dubro, JR, Compass and Mikado plastic arms for several years, through crashes, and such. Never a problem. I am not thrilled with metal horns in general, but the ones from TT are pretty cool.
