I'm using an i7 64 bit pc

Found out the hard way not to download virtualdub experimental, didn't have a plugins folder

I want to use deshaker on the gopro mp4 files so I guess I'll have to convert to avi files

I'm been all over the net and it looks like Deshaker is 32 bit so I'll have to have Virtualdub in 32 bit?

My Son is an IT so Dad doesn't know this stuff so please speak in "Virtualdub for Dummies"

Yep mel

run the 32 bit version. So far I havent found a good work around for the avi. file issue. Hopefully you can find a plug in for mp4 and H.264

What are you using for post production vibs?

I'm using a Quad rotor so I'm close but no cigar...

Thanks mel. I am going to try using mov. files this weekend. I havent used v-dub much because of the avi conversion issue. I think this will fix it. I have spent about ayear on tuning the bird and no editting. Now its time to go learn to edit out bad footage.
