Default walkera 4#3b tail cables

Hi

I have just replaced my tail motor on my Walkera 4#3B

http://www.whirlybirds.biz/motor.jpg

1) Are the cables too long or does it not make a difference ?

2) Does the tail motor plug > go to the bottom socket on the receiver (black cable left side, red on the right of the plug) & main motor 3rd slot ?

How fast does your 4#3 piro? My tail is very slow and I just installed a new motor in the tail.

The servo adjust has no effect on the tail? Boy my reciver is really not working. My servos don't move when I turn the pot.

as far as i know it doesn't do anything, i adjusted the screw 1/8 and then reset the connection to adjust the servo throw.

The motors seem to vary in quality, main and tail. With some tail motors I get really fast piros, some seem to struggle
