Default Need help with Zyx-s

Ok so I have all the wires connected in what I believe to be the correct order. When I plug in the battery after initializing it goes to a steady blue light. Well when I hook it to the pc I get a blue light from the usb connector but on the software I have 3 red lights in the upper right hand corner even with the drivers installed. So for some reason the computer or isn't registering that the unit is plugged in. Any ideas?

After you plug in the USB dongle, Look in your Device Manager and find the USB to Serial adapter. Go to its properties page and see which COM port it has assigned.

You might also want to try using the 3d party software from fbl.net.nz. It tends to have less quirks than the OEM.

Get the programmer box it will make the set up a breeze & you can fit it in your pocket. I went through hell trying to set mine up on my pc. My pc doesnt like certain file types & i wasted a boatload of time using the pc. Its a lot easier to move the heli plugged in to the programmer box than plugging it to pc. Good for testing gyro direction & swash piro compensation
