Default Vibration

Hi Guys. I have a bad vibration in blade 400. I recently upgrade the servos to Hitechs 65mgs tail servo and gyro still stock. I did change the main shaft and the tail shaft as well just to rule out any bending causing this vibration. If is not any of the parts I just change. What else could it be? Also I did check the tracking of the blades and tracking good. Thank you for your help

Things to check:
1. Feathering Shaft for bent
2 Main Shaft bearings notch
3. stripped main gear
4. Blade tracking off
5. Main shaft you checked
7. Tail shaft you checked

This are the common items
