Default Does 450 SE V2 have a thinner tail boom than 450 Pro?

I have a 450 SE V2 clone and my friend gave me a 450 Pro and some PRO tail booms. I found that the pro tail booms seem to have a larger diameter than the 450 SE V2 tail boom. Can anyone confirm on this?

The trex 450 line all uses the same tail boom up to the Pro. The 450L has a longer boom.

I bought a carbon align boom and the diameter was smaller than the stock 450 pro boom, it was from one of the earlier 450's

Thank you! That at least confirmed that my 450 clone wasn't totally wrong in parts size.

Hello, as everyone has said, the boom for the Align 450 are all the same in diameter and if you buy genuine Align booms, it all fits nicely, having said that, a friend bought booms from Hobbyking and found them to be slightly smaller in diameter. Just my 2 cents

Got it! I bought a cheap clone from a Hongkong seller through eBay and it was pretty bad. The tail boom was smaller than my friend's 450 PRO, and the tail boom mount was missing the piece that would fit the dent of the boom to prevent it from rotation.
