Default Can't find any 1mm blade washers
I got a new pair of blades yesterday and forgot that the washers that I have on my other pair of blades are glued on. Now I am in a bind and wondering what I can use as a alternative to the plastic spacers. I went to the hardware store last night and could not find any washers that were close to the size. I then looked for some clear lexan/acrylic/plexiglass that was .040" and I had no luck there as well.

Well its the fouth of July weekend here in the US and I am hoping to fly today, not next week but thanks for reminding me that I can order online, I never thought of that

I am hoping that someone has a source or a good alternative.

I meant how thick is a credit card? Can you cut an old one up and use it as spacers/washers?

Well the CC wasn't quite 1mm more like .80mm but it still worked like a charm. Great idea Inverse and sorry about my comment.
