Default Yikes - belt was too tight and wore down pulley

After closer investigation as to why my 600 tail was acting unpredictably squirrelly, I took apart the tail and was shocked to find the black pulley on the tail drive gear assembly almost completely worn smooth. This was after close to 200 flights. I'm assuming it was because the belt was too tight. Lesson learned - run the belt a bit sloppy?

not really because it was too tight... run the aluminum pulley , the black gear was prone to wear cause of heat and being soft....
