Default Hobbywing 160A v4 shutdown

I am having problem with both of my 160a V4 shutting off inflight in my Logo700 and Protos Max 700V2. They ran fine for a few month and then started to cut out in flight.
I have LVC off and I am running the gov store with all default setting.
I have been flying the Max with the Align 130HV and it's been fine.

Do you have temperature telemetry setup on Brain2 for your 160? They go into hard cutoff at 95C. I have an alarm set at 85C.

Are you running the same packs on both heli. Could have packs going bad even with lvc off it can cause other shutdowns if voltage gets too low like high amps or heat. Computation errors also. Is their any error lights or beeps?

I don't have telemetry setup and I used different packs on them. There were no beeps. Last week I broke all 4 pieces of the frame on the Logo due to the shutdown.

2 bad units in a row is very uncommon. Definitely check solder joints throughout the electrical chain. Also make sure the battery connectors still have lots of spring tension.

Mine shut down mid flight on the second flight of the the day after 2 minutes of cruising around. Had to auto her from 35 feet.It flew fine on the first flight. Batteries are good. I have about 8 flights from new. Will check all my connections when I have all the parts ready.

Check your upper endpoint. My HW 100A would shut down since my high endpoint was too high - when ESC received such high signal it would cut off as it was out of supported range. This would happen on high loads, when governor would request more power.
