That's really funny about the labeling... I was very concerned about capacity the first two or three flights. Kept them very short and checked remaining capacity..there is plenty of juice

Agree that the Revolectrix batteries are worth the price...just an unwanted surprise. Thanks for the info John.

I have one pair of the Revolectrix 3200mah 6s 60c packs for my 12s 600efl Pro. I only have a couple of flights on them. So far I am impressed. They really pack a punch! Logs from my CC 80HV show that they are holding voltage really well under heavy loads, better than my Gens Ace packs.

The shipping from Singapore to my door in Va took just a few days.Ordered over the weekend and then they arrived the following Wednesday.

Packing was really nice. Each pack was wrapped in bubble wrapped, in a box lined with foam, that box was wrapped in bubble wrap, which was then in a UPS padded envelope.

I have about 20 cycles on my Revolectrix packs, unfortunately I haven't been able to get a lot of flying in this winter. Well yesterday I was really able to give them hell! These are the most powerful lipos I have.

Here is a flight video flying with the Revolectrix packs. They have no problem giving the monster KDE motor all the juice it needs!

Default Out Of Stock

@REVOJohn

Most of your batteries are out of stock in Singapore. Do we have to wait to order?

Also, how come there is no link to purchase batteries from your USA website?

Thanks,

Steve

He posted elsewhere that they are currently out of cells to build packs. I think they were expecting more in within a week. You can either buy from the Singapore site or A Main.

Good to hear! But, is it standard practice to ship cells at 8% charge?

The old standard I expected to receive a battery at was 3.82 to 3.85 volts. With the new LiPo shipping rules and how much available stored energy is present during shipping on the larger packs I believe voltage will be lower. If you cycle batteries on your charger, it will typically draw the battery down to 3.2 volts per cell before starting to recharge it. If your battery shows up perfectly balanced (voltage per cell match) it was done on purpose. A bad battery will typically have a single cell that will loose voltage and the others will be matched from my experience.

I would contact Revo and ask them about it before coming on the forums and stating they are garbage. If there is something wrong let Revo's excellent customer service take care of it and then tell us what your opinion is, good or bad.

Yes, it was a bit of a knee jerk response on my part. But, I expect the manufacturer to prevent these kinds of responses by educating the customer before the customer is surprised!
