Default Align- This makes no sense?

Rebuilding my 600 after a crash and grabbed a set of stock blades but couldn't help but notice this detail that doesn't match up and make me confident

Why are the blades for this heli rated at 2200 rpm despite stock settings running around 2500??

Thank you.

Well, I'll just add a few more feet between me and my heli since I run 100% thro and apparently, according to align its going to grenade on me.
