Channel 5 adjustment?

Ok decided I wanted to hop up my stock SR with the stock radio....I adjusted the channel 5 knob just a click clock wise and the tail became very twitchy, so much so that the tail would move around all over, and any corrections it would swing the opposite direction quickly and be over corrected....
Did I miss another tune with it? The manual doesn't go over channel 5 but briefly....
Right now without adjustments the heli flies fine, but is really docile....looking to get a little more out of it....but with stock radio, I know I could just bind it to my DX6i like the other one, but I want to keep this one as stock as possible....

Make sure your on the high rates and I think that's all she's got in the stock set up. I'm sure there's someone who knows how to tweak it to where she'll be blowing smoke but it's not me. Put it in high rates and stunt mode and I think that will punch her up some. Good luck.

Maybe that was it, I don't think I had high rates switch flipped on....
