Default Trex 700 Front Tray CAD Project

I'm working on making a Trex 700 Front Tray In Cad.
I've got the top piece piece made in MasterCam and I'm ready to do the bottom piece.
The hardest part is going to be the left side ( looking from the nose) for the tail servo.
Other than that it wont be bad at all. I was thinking to put all the pieces together i could weld them? I'm drawing this MasterCam at my dad's shop. I'm probably going to make it out of Aluminium or CF. I was thinking with a CF i could get some signal problems so i might stick with Metal or possibly PlexiGlass. Any help with be greatly appreciated.
Also if someone has a close up picture of a 700 front tray that would be a help.
Sense mine is still on the helicopter.
Thanks

I've been working on a G10 electronics tray. This one is for an entirely new frame set but I've also go one in the works to fit a stock setup as well. It is very spacious making it a piece of cake to hide all the wiring for a clean setup. I'll post up the finished stock compatible tray in a few days hopefully.

Very Nice, Did you make the stuff in CAD or by hand? If you made the one to fit the stock 700 in CAD could you send me the files. that would help. Rite now I'm looking at 5 pieces.
1- (5.5"x2.5") Top tray, 1- (4.5"x2.5") Bottom Tray, 1 (5"x2.5") Back Plate,1- (2"x1") Front Plate, and 1 triangle shaped piece that holds the tail servo. I've got everything pretty much designed but the tail servo piece. Do you have any pictures of your one you made for the stock 700?
Thanks man

Yeah, its CAD/CAM CNC routed. I've got the next few days off from the 9 to 5 to spend finishing designs and cutting protos. My goal is to get it so the tail and throttle servos remain in the tray when you take it off and it will have a drill guide for a couple additional mounting holes in the stock frame. I will post it up as soon as its finished.

Ok thanks. I'm making one without a throttle servo because mines a Electric.
So it should be even simpler
