Devo 7 Dual rates

Hi Helifreaks!

This is my first post, I hope someone can clear up my confusion. I am trying to set the dual rates on the Devo7. I have both a V120D02s and Master CP. I understand what dual rate and expo are. No need to explain that.

What I do not understand is the confusing menu and switch organization on the Devo7

When I enter D/R menus and go to a particular channel
(for this question I will use ELEV.
The first option is POSIT. optons 0-3. Which switch does this refer to? Is it the D/R switch(assumed)? IF so, the switch has two positions 0 and 1. What are the other 2&3 switch options for?

So I seelect Switch position 0. Set a D/R of 100 and Expo of +35.

Continuing on I come to NORM with SWITCH(0-4). Which switch to they refer to. How do they relate to the D/R switch?

How does all this relate to the Flight mode switch?

I have spent hours fiddling with these switches and going to the monitor to review the expected behavior. But don't get any results that make sense! Can you clear up my confusion?
