I can't get my cyclic gain above 51 without getting oscillation

Very strange how yours is acting so different.

The optimized file made a huge improvement on how my 380 flys, I got pitching up and inconsistent pirouetting travels before using omers file. I highly recommend you try this

Off the top of my head my values are as followed

47 Tail gain
49 cyclic gain (use to be 38 before using optimized file)
115 Hiller decay
280 / 280 control rates
58 / 58 bell gains
46 cyclic accel

Yes. I agree with you guys that the cyclic gain of >95% without producing head wobbles is something I've never seen before. But the heli is flying without issues for my current flight skills, so I'm thinking that I should leave good alone for now, and only make adjustments when my flying skills improve and I am able to notice whatever bad tendencies may happen.
