Default The AK47 of the heli world.

I've had my V1 mCPX for almost 2 years now.. I'm still using mostly stock parts except for solid CF main shafts and tail booms that I've hand made..

But, the years of flights, and crashes have taken its toll.

Current damage includes:
-tail boom mount broken, where the frame meets the boom.
-tail boom cracked, but repaired with CA.
-3 of the 4 body posts missing
-lots of hot glue on the broken landing gear
-rotor head above one of the dampers is missing a chunk of plastic.
-lots of wear on the blades
-stock canopy that has no grommets left, scratched, creased, and rips, mostly fixed with packing tape.
-main gear has seen better days, a few damaged teeth.

It's not pretty, but it flys just fine!

Yeah I thought mine flew fine until I did a full strip down and rebuild/clean - then i realised what I had been missing out on!

I notice even just a few stripped teeth on my main gear make a huge differance in how any of mine fly. Ive flew for a long time on bent feathering shafts too and when I swap those it flies like brand new again. I love that parts for these little things are pretty cheap compared to bigger heli's.
