Finally got hold of some Helix blades, which is extremely difficult here in Germany lol. Anyway, enjoy this little video!

So do you still have those Helix blades? It didn't look as if the end of that flight went well???

One thing about those helix blades - they're incredible under power, so rigid and light and super efficient. But they're really terrible once you turn the power off. Takes some getting used to.

Hehe. I hoped noone would really notice, but yeah, they are fine, short click into bailout and I could land. It's always the very very first auto I mess up when I have super new super expensive blades on I expected them to gain headspeed by loading the head by coming around in that circle (blade flex...) but well, they ARE pretty damn stiff lol.

the 550 feels very light in the air and the 700 is a powerhouse

Great video, I've got a 690sx, flies like it's on rails, but I would like to have a 550sx v2 also!

This is my first logo and I'm really liking it. I really can't tell you what the difference would be, I do know that your flying style will work well with it!

I'm sure you've noticed the differences between the 550sx and 700 Xxtreme. The 690sx is very comparable to the 550sx - feels and responds very similarly. It's a little bit lighter disc loading, so it's actually even a bit more floaty.

Thanks and still learning all the time.
I just want to get something which will suit my style of flying and its getting hard to decide.

logo 550 sx is way to different than the 700.I feel like im smacking it with my eyes closed where as 700 is a tough machine.Trust me it scares me when im doing tic tocs at a height of a feet or 2.The 550 you can do everything without having the scariness feel as its light and has less sound cause of rotor techs.

Iv used rotor techs first time in my life after edge, edge se or rails and im extremely loving the feel of it.

Still thinking what to get.......lol
