Default mini cp glued down ?

I think halibut belongs with everything ha! I am new to a cp heli I purchased a mini cp w/devo7
when I first flew it everything seemed normal after I switched the mix switch.
after a couple of indoor crashes when I throttle up it is difficult to lift off sometimes even at near full throttle { acts like it is tied down } HELP

Check to see if the rotor head has partially lifted off the main mast/shaft.

It is held to the shaft with two small screws on either side and it is fairly easy for them to be somewhat loose, mating threads being plastic and all, that in a crash, the rotor head can lift away a bit causing the pitch to be mechanically reduced.

If you support the main shaft by supporting the hub of the main gear and press down on the top of the rotor head, you should be able to tell very easily whether or not it has been displaced.

also the servo can be pushed too far, if the swash plate doesnt look right then push the servos until it does.
