Default nano cpx radio settings?

Hi- I just got my Nano today and was going through the setup for my DX7. What do you select for input select? There is no mention anywhere for this. The manual also asks for swash setting of 1 servo 90- all I can find is 1 servo norm. So I left it ther but i havent flown it yet.Are there any good tips/ advice for this heli? I dont do any 3D yet but hope this bird will teach me a few things. Any help would be appreciated-regards Fairplane PS not a total newbie I have Trex 500/600, Blade MCX, MSR,SR, HK250,300X, 130X, MCPX

Just checked the input select setting for my MCPX- it looks like you just leave it at its default setting and 1 servo norm! So I answered my own questions but would still love to hear any tips or advice for this new bird!-thanks

First tip: turn down the expo from the recommended 30%.

You have to be quick on the sticks with this bird. Releasing the sticks will NOT result in a hover (as it would with a flybar) and you have to pull the stick the other way to get the bird to stop.

Because of this, if you have too much expo, you need a lot of stick movement to cancel out any motion. My thumbs are not fast enough, but they are agile enough to train myself to fly with 15% expo rather than 30. It flies a lot better at 15 (but you might not want to use that setting initially).
