Default R1 Cyclic and Tail Servos: I'm interested in learning more about them

I understand that the R1 Cyclic and Tail servos enjoy great reviews. I've read the specs of each. They sport some neat features like 4096 resolution, over-current and over-temperature protection, start sonorant, high speed, high torque etc.

There are other great servos in the market that have been around much longer, enjoy awesome user experience, and are priced the same or even slightly cheaper than the Xpert R1's.

Questions:
1) What separates the Xpert R1 servos from the competition?

2) What has been the reliability so far with these Xpert R1 servos?

3) What FBL system(s) besides the BD have reported compatibility issues/concerns with these servos?

4) What has been the post sales customer support and/or warranty experience?

5) Any knowledge about the quality of the internal components besides what is posted on the specs?

I am not looking for opinions stating that "Xpert" are the best or that "Xpert" suck. I am looking for objective evidence as well as real stories.

Thank you.

I had about 2 crash on my old Synergy and never broke the gear inside. I crash once on the goblin 650 and bend 2/3 servo aluminum arm and gear are fine. Im loving them... So far no slop.

on the Xpert mini 3301 the ones that looks just like the big brother I had a tail servo problem the 3302 after 8 flight and return them. Took a while since they were waiting on shipment but the replace them.

I just send them my mini cycle servo this week and hoping to hear what they say since also one is acting up after 50 flight.
