Default Bec guard by optipower

Anyone running these on their model?
I just purchased the ultra guard combo and it came with one. I see it goes in-line with the esc signal to FBL unit but I'm running master/slave. Would I need 2 of these?

Works great you only need 1 of these, it just takes over if your main rx packs drop out.

Yes if you are running 2 sets of BEC wires you will need one BEC guard per set of wires. It protects your servos and FBL in case the BEC fails and sends full battery voltage through to your electronics. I believe it won't allow more than 10volts through.
