Some of the Airtronics radios have a selectable pulse shift for PPM receivers. I believe the RD 6000 Super is one of the models that does this. Go in the Modulation menu and you should find the pulse shift feature.

This feature only works with PPM (FM) receivers. Then all you would need to do it buy the correct crystal for the RX that is compatible with the transmitter.
In the modulation menu in the transmitter. You would need to select PPR to be able to use the Futaba receiver with the Airtronics Transmitter.
The pulse shift is opposite between Futaba and Airtronics.
PPR is for reverse shift of the pulse.

Also, on a Futaba the channels are
1 Aileron
2 Elevator
3 Throttle
4 Rudder
5 Gyro
6 Collective

Airtronics channels are different for 1 and 2, they are reversed. So 1 is Elevator and 2 is Aileron.
