Lol. It's amazing when something just doesn't go the way it should we demand answers in 5 min. You have to realize that you not the only one shooting off emails to them.

We have a great LHS here in Australia and they NEVER reply to my emails, no big deal I give them a call. At leat RC711 responds, yes it might take a 3 days but they do, or call them.

RC711 provides exceptional prices on parts and shipping & they do a GREAT job.

I have done the same when I got in to this hobby, I have chucked the dummy and acted like a little kid like in the candy store that couldn't get what he wanted. But have learned to be patient.

Lol all this is really making me wish I hadn't ordered from rc 711. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my "in stock" kit to come back in stock Sent them an emai lasking how much longer it will be on friday and no response so far.

I know you must be frustrated as you want your new heli ASAP. You will get your heli and it will be worth the wait..

I emailed them on friday re: parts and also asked about when they would be re-stocking with kits and received a reply the same day indicating they are expecting more kits and parts this week..

btw, dont use the web form email enquiry on their website as they often dont work properly and fail to send the email. Send email to sales@rc711.com. There is always the phone if you want immediate answers.

I should point the additional failures of ordering from them.

So after eventually getting a response to my issue with the motor, they sent out a Can and Shaft - great.

It arrived no issues.

Still waiting for the BeastX at that point, so I leave it a couple of weeks then login to my account and see the entire transaction is set to complete.

Send them an e-mail asking where the BeastX is and when it is going to arrive (Almost 2 months after the initial order) they said they sent it with the Can/Shaft. E-mails back and forth for a few days then they actually send me one.

Epic fail.

In the meantime ordered a 6HV full kit from my LHS arrived next day. Same price.

many people are not happy with them , I don't recomend rc711 to my friends or the guys at my field

Still waiting for my 6HV also, was meant to be back in stock last week, fingers crossed for this week.

I not about to kick up a fuss, Im happy to wait, occasionally, for better prices.
Where in NZ did you get a 6HV for the same price as 711?

That sucks.I have ordered a bunch of stuff from them over the past year or so and they always came through for me.My last order of stuff was showing as processing after 4 days so I sent them an email,and the next day it was shipped out.That has been the only snag.I mostly use them for replacement stuff for 450s.
I'll be careful in the future not to order anything without being ready for a delay.

I have had 2 cracked Canopys and a micro beast that didn't initialize
And they did nothing except give me a credit $15 off on my next purchase
They ship real fast that's a bonus I guess

I ordered and then cancelled after 3 weeks of being told to wait a couple more days. I have mine coming from redgum rc.It was posted this morning.

BTW, be prepared for a week of being told "Are you sure you want to cancel your order?" over and over before you get your refund if you try

you just need to know how to speak proper ingrish They gave a detailed explanation of where things where and how long it was likely to take, My 6HV arrived this morning and should be mostly built by the end of tonight Fingers crossed for its first flight tomorrow.
They canceled the everything else I wanted canceled with no questions or hesitation. I would use them again. BUT redgum will get all my Compass orders from now on, unless they dont have something in stock.
