Default Reachel landing

Here is some out of focus and non zoomed footage of Reachel landing the Switch. This was her 4th and 5th landings. Dad never took control even on the rough take off. This was also the wife's first attempt and using a video camera. She bumped the switch that turns off the auto focus. Sorry for the blurry footage. Needless to say the Clayton family was proud of this moment. Next time... can you say SOLO Reachel?

Default Heli

I was hoping Reachel could fly the FP Heli we have. But she could not get it off the ground. One thing for sure, she is not giving up. Maybe next year post some footage of her with the Pantera.

I did not get footage, but my other daughter (who has been struggling flying the plane) popped the FP small heli in the air. She spent time hovering then doing some small side to side and forward and back. We were teasing Reachel that her 7 y/o sister is kicking her but with helis. To which Reachel replied, "At least I can land the plane."

It is so much fun having my children enjoy a hobby that I got back into to help with depression.

Fantastic!!!! So proud of her and for you Todd, for sharing your passion with your kids. Man, what awesome memories you guys are building with each other.

Nice song choice, and wifey did good keeping the camera where the plane was. As she gets more experience she'll find that zoom and it will make a big difference (even at just 2x). You're very blessed sir!

Not to hijack your thread but Lynn was reading about Rachael and mentioned photos from maybe 20 years ago when Niki was learning to fly. Enjoy what you have pal because the ancient Romans had it right . . . tempus fugit.

Default Cool

I like it. It is fun having my daughter doing what I enjoy. She keeps asking when we are going to start working on flying the Pantera. Hopefully after this Winter when she has had more time on the sim. Todd
