Default Pitch reversing

Ok screwing around with the SR again, sideswiped my tool box by getting cocky.
Broke a blade grip. I had a metal set laying in bench stock and figured be a good
time to stick em on.....Well put it together and I've done something backwards...
The blades pitch the wrong way now not allowing it to lift off, in fact you can watch it
sqawt down adding throttle. I have checked it against my other SR with metal on it,
and I cannot figure out what in the world is wrong....all the linkages are set up the same
swash moves down but blades pitch negative, the other one of course works just fine.
Am I missing something here????

Well I'm having a similar problem night train with mine, except I've just repaired main gear blades and grips and Dont know how to level everything to be able to bring it back to when I first got it? :-/ Anyway is it possible that you. May have a backwards set of wires going to your servo motors?

Not familiar with the SR specifically.. but blade grips on upside down / reversed can cause this... (Leading edge link versus trailing edge link).

Try reversing them.

Good luck.

Well that worked, weird, because at least to me there was no difference in how they were
the other way, linkages the same, everything.....oh well it worked, thank you!

Code3Medic had the solution Snowman, I flipped grips, and it works now.
As far as your issue, you have to make sure first, no servos are stripped..
Unplug motors, main and tail. Power it up, make sure it's initialized,
Look at swash while heli is level.....swash should be level, and sitting about mid way
Between top of your shaft locking collar, and the bottom of the plastic head rotor.
The swash should be level you can eye ball it, and get a pretty good idea that it is.
Look from the back, sides and front. Adjust it if one side is lower or higher by the
Linkages that connect to the swash, and servo arms.
But first make sure servos have initialized centered.....(they should be reasonably
Parallel when the heli is powered up. Also do this off throttle hold.....with motors unplugged.
Let me know what you find....

Leave the blade grips reversed! Flip your mixing pitch from + to -. Leading edge control is easier on your servos and should save some battery life!!!=]
