Wanted Tail drive gear for a UH-1 Heliartist

Need a reduction gear/tail drive gear for a heliartist UH-1 500 class scale heli. Help please,bill

Is this what you are looking for? If so, this is the HeliArtist Scorpion unit. Steer clear of the Align raised tail.

On 11/26/2015 I ordered (2) from FLYING HOBBY. They charged me $15.00 each and $50.00 shipping. A few days later they sent me an email saying they were out of stock but they would get them the week od 12/21 and ship them as soon as they get them. On 12/25/2015 I checked their site and it shows they have them so I ordered (1) more for a total cost of $65.00. I asked did they ship my original order. I filed a claim with pp. They said through private email when I cancel the claim they would refund the $65.00 and ship the parts. They did refund the $65.00. No info on parts. Of course when they use private email pp does not know what is going on. Time will tell if they are someone you want to do business with

FLYING HOBBY finally sent the gears. I had given up on them. As the tail boom mount is installed reverse of the (cobra) upside down the align gear will not work. Parts for some of the heli,s you can not get. Well,Happy New Year.bill

Today I received a KFUH CG HH & a KFAH1G Bell AH-1 "ROBAN KITS" from RC Aerodyne. These both use the listed tail drive gear like my UH-1 Heliastist. As for some reason they install the tail boom mount upside down. My other cobra AH-1 does not reverse the tail mount and I use the align HF5014. When you order these kits you really do not know what your getting. These ROBAN kits look pretty good. Happy New Year bill
