Default Servo arms/wheels

What do most people prefer for servo arms and wheels? I have used metal ones on my 600EFL, by I have heard that metal arms are the easiest way to strip gears in the event of a crash. I've also heard that Du-bro plastic arms are very strong for 3D flight, but will provide a breaking point in a crash, saving your servos. Is this true? Are there other arms people like? I'm building a Fury 55 and want to get this right the first time.

Thanks

What servos are you using?

I do not use the metal arms for the reason you mentioned. Plastic wheels and arms work just fine. All of my helis that use Align 610's (SAVOX) for cyclic have the Align plastic wheels on them. I believe they are the ones that say Futaba.

I'm using Spektrum H6040 servos... Do you know what arms fit those?

So what is the chance of plastic arms breaking in 3D flight? This will be a flybarless heli with direct servo to swash control. Im guessing the servo arms will take a lot of force

i use metal align arms cause they are stiff and look cool. 610s have a titanium gear train and in two crashes with m 550s, servos remain fine. dubro arms are quite flexible and i won't use them on plane or heli.
