I had the same issue with a Turnigy 6S 1800mah 40C with one of my IR at 300 from brand new it took some doing but they are sending out a new pack which i haven't seen yet so lets hope it turns up it's been 4 weeks now and still no arrival.....
I am glad i am patient and not in need of the pack!
