Mine weighs 3.78Kg without batteries. That includes 713mm mains, Pyro 750-56 Competition, Kosmik 200, Vbar Silverline, Futaba BLS servos and an Opt UltraGuard. For batteries I'm using a pair of 7s 4500 packs that weigh about 800g each.

How does it feel in the air?

It doesn't feel heavy in the air with 713 blades and it moves pretty quick with the power system I have. Definitely a keeper.

Hi Mahbouni,

Doesn't that put your headspeed at about 2500+ at 80% with 14s .
It would still be high with 12s.

A friend of mine tached it with a WR Chinook @ 2150rpm. I can't rememember what throttle % that was with but definitely between 70-80%.

What I do know as fact is this. When I had this exact same power system in my Synergy E7, at 74% throttle I got 2310rpm according to the Kosmik logs. Here are some constants.

Synergy E7
-----------------
Main Gear = 116T
Pinion = 14T
# of Cells =12s

Forza 700
--------------
Main Gear = 112T
Pinion = 11T
# of Cells = 14s

So here is a calculation...

New RPM = (2310rpm x 116T x 11T x 14s) / (112T x 14T x 12s) = 2193rpm

It's not far off

I believe that. I am using pyro 750 hand wound for 530KV, Kosmik and 12 tooth pinion. I am getting according to Jlog 1920 rpm at 80% throttle. I think i will need a pyro 560 kv to get in the 2000 rpm range, that or 13/14 tooth pinions which are not available anyway. I am using 12S

That's used to hold/position the antenna but you could use it for other things too.

Default forza 700 with 696 or 710 blades

ive been using my forza with the cyclone 696 blades and i pretty happy with it but it feels very heavy with these blades kinda like a rock that wants to drop fairly quickly. I was wondering if anyone has had the chance to fly longer recommended 710mm blades versus shorter blades. Im hoping to get a little more floaty feelling inn the air. thanx

i was wondering same thing. I know it has to do with servo wires but how it works has me puzzled.

They do the same job as these but since they're metal you can curl them around the wire, antenna tube etc.

Yes I'm using Edge SE 713 and my friend is using Rail 716. It feels right with these blades.

Hi guys. For what it is worth, here is my Forza 700 build thread: http://www.rcmania.cz/viewtopic.php?f=108&t=65865 Strange language, I admit, but the pictures are universal :-)

That is the best photo build of a Forza 700 to date. It actually looks like what an official JR build would look like.
