Default TAIL PITCH SLIDER?

What is a good upgrade tail pitch slider? With my new gyro I can hold a hover about 1 ft off the ground & about 2 ft in front of me. Heli WOULD BE rock solid, but I can the see the links & slider rocking back & forth. I pulled it off & held it firm in 1 hand & pulled the links with the other. The sleeve that makes contact with tail shaft pushed & pulled out about 2 mm. What's a good replacement, or that last longer before the internal sleeve of the pitch slider assembly starts to loosen, or are there any ways to fix or modify it?

Microheli makes a few of them that are suppossed to be direct replacements. But the one I tested was a poor example. The actual slider bushing was sloppy on the fattest shaft I could find. Again though, I have the tendancy to always recieve the worst stuff they make. If a guy walks in and there are 100 new ones in a bin. He will always always grab the defective one and stuff it into my box.

My solution now for on an economical tail is to eliminate the eflight tail altogether and go with an affordible Tarot version. But this requires that you use the Eflight step up tail drive gear or change it out to the G5 drive gear.

I was using the eflite aluminum upgrade slider, worked fine new but full of flight noticeable slop now. I put a new stock plastic b400 on for now, much less slop just because it has nearly 0 flight time on it. I'm going to see if ithere is any way to mod the aluminum 1, if the bushing didn't need to spin u could drill, tap & die a hole to put a grub screw in, but it has to spin. Mayb e I ll knock out the old bushing & drill a slightly larger hole & find a slightly longer bushing that can be fixed to the slider but still have a free moving sleeve inside

I just made a minor modification to the slider bushing to eliminate extra play, haven't tested it on the heli but it still spins when I rotate it by hand. I put the slider on the counter top with the link arms pointed up toward the ceiling, pushed down on the link arms so the bushing assembly was tight, then used a punch slightly larger than the shaft diameter, tapped it an angle with a light hammer & kinda rolled the edges over on the exposed excess bushing. Its tight with 0 slop, but it did add a little rotational resistance when its spun by hand, hope its not too much resistance. I ll find out soon enough

Sad thing that is. The bushing material is so soft it wears rather quickly on them. Plus if you mic your tail shaft itself you will find them usually way undersized. The align tail shafts are even worse lately.
