Default Video - Testing 42mm tail blades on 250DFC AR7200BX

Hey guys,

Here's a little video I made (nothing special) while testing the 42mm tail blades. Tail began to behave a little inconsistent, but it got better when I reduced gyro gains while flying the bird. You can see the tail starts behaving much smoother during the last minute of the video. I also got some mild gusty winds that made the heli a little unstable but no biggie. Next time I'll do some fast passes to see how the tail behaves. More fine tuning is needed.

Cheers, Chep

It's sort of hard to tell by the video if the tail is behaving properly, on my iPad anyway. I believe you, it's just hard to tell

How are the collective pitch pumps? Were you having a problem before with the tail slipping? I only ask because I'm having a problem like that and was wondering if 40 or 42mm blades would help. Mine only blows out at around full throttle and pitch, but it does it nonetheless.

Thanks for the vid, such a cool little machine

Jon, pitch pumps are fine. I haven't noticed any abnormal behavior yet.

Thanks,

Chep
