Nice flying there TnT. Always enjoy a good flight video of a 550. I was wondering if Bryan had painted a canopy for himself, question answered, looks really good.

Default My Outrage 550

Here is my Outrage 550. The carbon fiber tail boom helps with weight distribution.

Both pulleys are awesome! You may not realize that the rear pulley is from a Frenzy 50 nitro. It is wider and allows me to run a 6mm wide belt.

I think the carbon boom is from an Esmart 600. I have had them for a few years so it is hard to remember. No modifications were required, I just chopped about an inch off the end and installed it on the Outrage.
The more I think about it, it might be a boom from a Gaui Hurricane 550? The diameter is right

Bryan,

How did you do that!!!!

Did you start out with a white, unpainted canopy or what?

I LOVE that green goblin look!

It was a blank Fusuno canopy and it is all hand taped out and painted. The rotor rage face and lettering is all airbrushed with maskings.

My O550 had a make over last week
Carbon frames,
New ball links and thrust bearings,
Carbon tail rod,
New belt,
Oh and dyed the gears (been wanting to do that for ages)
So pleased with it she flew lovely yesterday roll on summer.
This Heli is the nuts!!!!

Keep thinking about a Fusion but the O550 ticks all the boxes
