Washers on the main blades?

Picked up a used e5 when I stuck the mains in the grip it looks like there sould be a set of washers like the tail ??? Or do you just tighten them down to grab the blades ... im using maverick sport 600mm

The kit comes with them. They used to come with Rails tail blades, but I don't think they do anymore. Your looking for part number "305-312 Tail Blade Washers" - I believe they come in pairs, so two sets.

I think he has the tail washers but not ones for the mains. Yes, you do need washers for the main blades, as well.

Ops, read it too fast, too late! But, yes as Rdney said they are needed and come with several blade brands (Rails and Radix I know of).

These washers come with the Rail blades.

I got a tip from Nick at a fly-in in Andersonville GA. put a thin coating of thicker grease on the spacers and the blade root. that way when you tighten them down good and hard, they will still seat good when they spool up. I keep my blades very tight to do blade stalls without folding the blades up.
