well I picked up a new mcpx today..impressive little heli..went through the regular set-up,plus a few things to take note of....pulled the feathering shaft..it was not lock-tited...but it was straghit...applied a bit of light gear oil to bearings...so I figured it was time to fly,all controls respomded well, except for when it lifted off.
There was quite a bit of vibration, shut it down..went over everything I could think of..came down to the blades...the bullet blades were out by 7 g,s.......straghit set was out by 6 g,s...after I got em balanced, the heli flew incredibly well..I am impressed It is a neat little heli..takes off so well ,responds to the slightest input..but doesnt over react I am sure the glitches will come..but for now...money well spent |

Kind of off topic but what kind of scale did you use?
I'm looking for a scale but not sure what's a good one to get. |
