swash gain
hello, i have a problem with my heli. is a KDS CHASE 360. i have place a align trex 500 head because the 2 head align & kds have 8mm main saft. the align head is heavier than kds and bigger. the problem is that i have vibriations when i run it in fast head speed. the only way to fly it fast is to lower the swash gain pot1 in microbeast almost to full negative and the heli with so little gain is unstable. i ask how i can lower the michanical gain so then i can incresase the pot1 in microbeast. i have try others blade, head rubber, expo and ball joint different holes. the servo is kst 215. the align head i place is for run 425 blades. speed control is hobbywing v4 60a , when i run under 65% throttle everything is fine. at 67.5 throttle and higher i have head vibration. sorry for mybad english.

If you have a vibration that is a mechanical problem. You can't fix it changing settings in the microbeast. You will have to find the reason for the vibration. Take the main and tail blades off and spool it up on the bench. Check that the main shaft is not bent or wobbling. (could be a bad mainshaft bearing). Check the blade grips that they are smooth and the feathering shaft is not bent. Check the bearings to make sure thay are smooth when you roll them. look for anything that is vibrating when spooled up. Pay close attention when you get to that throttle point where it starts to vibrate.
And make sure to take the tail blades off! It's amazing how much torque they have !
