anyone knows where to find the black carbon g5? been looking around but cant seem to find one in stock anywhere!!!

Gotcha. all i could find, but switching it back to FB isnt a big deal (if you can find the parts, that is)

yeah, theres a thread over in the outrage RC subforum from Outrage about parts support for the "legacy" helis (G5, 550). The theory is that all the parts production was ramped up for the Fusion and it would continue that way until everyone was stocked.

I emailed Helidirect on my last order about getting G5 tailbooms, and they gave an ETA of early June. I bought a couple used frames on ebay just to have a parts stash, but didnt get any booms.

Moving to a protos, although I'm not sure it's fully justified, loved the g5 more than any other 450 I've had.

I have a partially built carbon kit and lots of spares that I just haven't got around to finishing. Too busy with my TDR.
