Blade mCX w GID Parts and White Canopy
Well, I told myself that I would not upgrade this helicopter. That lasted about a 2 weeks. Got my parts in and installed glow in the dark blades, swashplate, tail fin, and skids. I also Installed the paddle style flybar and white canopy with blue and silver decals. I have attached some pics. This is a great helicopter, and have another which is a BNF on the way.

Awesome look! Now to kick it up a notch, you need to paint the CF tail boom and the paddles white! That would look crazy! I actually might try it... can you paint CF?

ya sure can. just scuff it with a 3M red scrubby, and paint it. probably would be fine without scuffing it, but it's better to give the paint something to bite to. will help in stopping the paint from chipping off.

Looks great! I can't wait to get all of the other glow parts (bought the frame tonight but will wait to install it) and a new body to paint.

Don't forget CamshaftmCX, that those glow skids are somewhat brittle. I've decided to go with the aluminum skids instead.

They seriously make alloy for these things? I already broke one set of landing gear; lesson learned. I'm much more careful with it now.

Those landing gear look tempting, I just broke another set of the stupid glow-in-the-dark ones. Set it down at a moderate pace on a hardwood floor after a brief test after replacing my upper rotor head.

not picking. just curious as to why you would want to chance hitting something you can't see, and possibly do even more damage to your bird.

I actually find the glow parts quite useful. I live in a very dark century home (dark even during the day) and it's fun to buzz the thing around at night in the dark.

I think the stickers are a seperate part/bag at my LHS. I think they have a few different colors/bags. (I didn't pay much attention to them, sorry.)

The stickers are a separate item. I was waiting for Readyheli to get them at that time, but Heliproz beat them. So I ordered from Heliproz.
