Travel adjust during swash set-up
Hey everyone, I was leveling my swash a little bit ago and when it comes time to set the high and low points my elevator subtrim is not doing anything when I change the values. I recently upgraded to HS-65HB cyclics and a Quark with s9257 tail. Is this problem a sign that I need to rebind? I haven't rebound since making all the changes because I have heard so many different opinions on whether to rebind or not. Basically I'm in need of your knowledge on whether this is the time to rebind and also when to rebind in general. Thanks everyone!

check you arrow direction when setting sub trim
you may need to hold the stick up or down a little bit for the correct arrow to show up

You say subtrim but you should be using your travel adjust limit to level the swash at the high and low ends. Use you subtrim to 90 the servos, mechanically level at mid stick and use travel adjust for high and low swashplate leveling. And what loose nut says could be your problem because you have to move the stick in the correct direction to get the servo to move (for that direction).

Just a heads up.
You need to use some traveling adjustment on the elevator servo when instaling the HS65's The reason is the the servo horns that comes with the 65's are a bit longer then the stock when you chuse the hole that is closest to the stock servo horn. So you gonna get more throw on the AILERON and PITCH servo compared to the ELEVATOR servo.

Yes, adjust the value, move the stick so the arrow points the other way, and you'll see you have another value to adjust.
I found that using the 3rd hole on the double sided horns, cut in half for the rear servos, balls on the insides of the Hitec horns, everything fitted nice and straight. The only thing I had to do was grind the frame down slightly (at the red arrow) to stop the ball scraping against it
