Default Black Nitro curiosity, Vibration.

This is a question for all the Black Nitro owners that also owned a standard archetypical nitro like a Align, Hirobo, JR, Thunder Tiger etc.

In terms of vibration levels, due to the belt drive, clutch stack etc on the Black Nitro, is there less vibration in this helicopter than a typical direct pinion to main gear helicopter?

I can imagine vibration will always persist in a combustion engine as it always has to be hard mounted somehow.

And we all know the less vibration, the nicer the FBL unit plays along with flying.

But, is there any difference, or still the same?

Bump. Surely someone must have had enough experience with this heli by now?

I have found that the vibe level on the Black nitro are less than on my trex nitro. I have checked and confirmed it with the neo vibration analysis

Default Black Nitro curiosity, Vibration.

I've got a Black nitro with an OS105 that I pulled out of my N7, and I've had a lot of other Nitros through the years. I wouldn't say that the vibration levels are any different than in my N7, although it took a lot of balancing and alignment work to get there in the N7 and I just bolted the Goblin together.

It's a nice heli, went together well with no real special effort. By far the easiest nitro heli build/setup I've had since the old Raptor days. Those really fell together.

Thanks for the replies people, it looks like SAB have done a good job with the power system on this heli.

To get a other nitro's vibration free sometimes took a decent effort with the dial out indicator and the fan balancer.
