Yes it is, I did quite an research to find most scale of them all, and I am quite pleased with this buy. By the way Pilot's head moves there is a servo in it.

Cheers,
Peter

Hi guys, long time no reports from my side, thaw I was being quite busy with upgrades for AB 206B mechanics since at one point tail begun to act strange slowly waging. So I have decided to change gears for ALIGN red ones and all the bearings for Japanese NSK. I have also changed tail Sulivan golden rod for SAB proven solution considering carbon tube and steel endings with quick UK ball holder plastic. I also designed tail rod holder and 3d printed out of PETG material.

I have tested everything without fuselage and have to say tail is rock solid even in wind. Been super happy that I managed to finally solve the tail issues.

Reference ALIGN:

Manufacturer number: H6NG001AXT (TORQUE TUBE FRONT DRIVE GEAR SET M0,6 40 (Red))
Manufacturer number: H60G003AXT (TORQUE TUBE REAR DRIVE GEAR SET (Red))

I hope next post will be start of AB 212 800 size build expected in December 2023,...

Stay tuned, until next time enjoy,
Peter!

Great. You will know for shure when you add some payload to simulate the fuselage's weight. I was surprised by the tail of my A109A Fuselage, last year. Won't happen again.

Yea I agree considering additional weight thaw I have experienced slow tail wag also when mechanics was out of fuselage. So it was 100% mechanical problem on tail, after bearings change there is zero wag. Next thing will be to test how mechanic behave with fuselage, I have a feeling it will be a OK.

Huh I realized that I made another upgrade that is additional bearing support for motor shaft,... Had to be cutted on one side, and additional hols had to be drilled, but hey motor shaft is now less subjected to the forces and longevity to the motor bearings are achieved.

ALIGN Item:

Manufacturer number: H55B010AXT (ENGINE PINION GEAR BEARING MOUNT T-REX 550X)

But be aware I am using Flasher/ Chaos mechanics that is wider than ESP 600 mine is 54mm wide, keep that in mind when upgrading. Upper item is 54mm wide, so there was no need for additional washers, just plug and play.

Regards,
Peter
