Default Mounting the new gps2

According to Art the gps2 should be mounted with the two connecting ports on the left side of the heli. For me that would mean if you were at the tail looking forward the two ports would be on the left side as you were looking toward the front from the rear. Am I correct?.

=] The SK-GPS2 can be mounting in four different configurations. In all configurations the module’s antenna (the white square) must
point upwards in order to receive a good signal. It should also have a clear view of as much of the sky as possible, without carbon
fibre or metal covering it or directly beside it. Plastic or thin fibreglass canopies are ok.
The GPS module must also be mounted straight on the helicopter’s frame, with its sides parallel with the tail boom, and its base level
with the rotor risk. It’s important that the GPS unit not be mounted closer than 10cm (4 inches) from a tail or swash servo.
It’s orientation is set in the software, and is referred to by which side the connector ports are on. The SK-GPS2 can be mounted
Ports-left, Ports-right, Ports -front, and Ports -aft. The diagram below displays an example the GPS2 mounted in its default
orientation, with the ports on the left side, the top of the “SK” logo on the GPS towards the front of the heli.
If you mount your GPS module on your heli’s tail boom, make sure to position it at least 8cm (3 inches) from the tail servo, but no
more than half way to the tail assembly. If you mount the GPS module away from the helicopter’s centre of gravity, be sure to
change the Offset setting in the software. An explanation of the Offset setting can be found in the Configuring the SK-GPS2 section.
