Response from Phoenix about v.2 CD?
I emailed Phoenix sales team and asked whether they will let me exchange the now-ordering CD for the new v.2 CD when it officially released (since I don't want to go through so many small updates every times software is reinstalled), they specifically asked me when and where I ordered Phoenix. Does any of you guys know whether or not Heliguy.com is one of their distributors? It seems like it's not gonna be an easy deal to receive or download the full v.2 CD from Phoenix in case you want to do a straight, one-shot installation to the final version 2.

Trust me.. you do NOT want a beta CD..... you WANT the trusty version 1 and let them keep working on version 2... it is NOT yet at all ready to start selling. You can always just download version 2 for free... it's 130mb or so. I tried it... it was fun to see.. but with the bugs, lack of custom scenery, crashing.... it's in great need of what it is... beta testing... so unless you want to wait many months... just get the full version... you WILL get version 2 either way.
