I want to change the color of the rotor disk, preferably just the bottom if thats possible to make it more visible. Can you edit the models colors, and if so, does anyone know if you can have a different color to the top and bottom of the rotor disk?

Yes sir! Check it out... I hand did mine but you can even take a photo of your REAL heli and wrap the photo over the sim heli

I can edit the file, but I don't think there is a top and bottom to the blades, looks like they are the same. I was hoping to change the bottom color to make it stick out more to help with orientation.

I'll keep working on it though.

I see there is a file called rotorDisk_001.bmp and rotorBlade_001.bmp. Perhaps these are the files I need to edit to get the colors I want on the rotor disk when its spooled up.

Anyone know if there is a way to edit these file?
