Default E-Razor 450

Has anyone converted the RX and ESC on the new version of the Dynam E-Razor 450 over to a Spektrum setup?
I would like to use my DX6i

I just got a DX6i (DSM2) and AR6000 RX. Works like a charm; so many times better than the original Dynam TX. No need for a new ESC though...

I felt like I had no control over the gyro settings with the original but the DX6i has changed all that. Beware and do a search on binding issues; I've experienced the same thing but I've never lost connectivity during a flight. In my experience, I zero'd the TX throttle sub trim and main trim, properly set the throttle range correctly for the ESC, next backed off the main trim by 50%, and always turn the TX on and plug the battery pack in within 5-10 sec, I usually don't have any troubles. If you're patient, you can get a used name-brand AR6000 DSM RX on HeliFreak for about the same as a new OrangeRX shipped. If you can't live with the bind issues, pay a little more and get a DMS2 RX and I heared those work great!

Thanks duh_riddler, but since my original post of this thread I have completed the R&B
I'am using my DX8 with the Spektrum AR7010 7-Channel DSMX Receiver, I also changed the tail servo over to a Digital Hitec HSG-5084, other than a little very slight tail drift all works well. I will eventually be changing the rest of the servo's on the bird also.

I realized it was a rather old post but I had to leave my mark since only one other had left theirs.

I am still in the wish-list phase of upgrading my servos for that bird. I was actually just about to upgrade the tail servo considering the Hitec 5065 or 5084 until I unexpectedly found and jumped on a Trex 500 deal. It's crazy how sloppy the E-Razor servos feel to the touch compared to the Trex. Get what you pay for I guess...

Anyway, I digress. Are you using the 5084 with your stock gyro? If so, which gyro came with yours? I was wondering how that setup would work. Also, please keep me posted on what you decide to go with on the cyclic servos and how you like them because I still have high hopes to upgrade in the near future as well.
