Default Tt gear removal
I have the big block conversion in my rave. I destroyed the front plastic gear that stays. Im trying to get this pin out of the metal gear to put it on the new shaft, any advice?

Get a small drift punch set from Harbor Freight or Lowes. Gun smithing tools are another alternative but generally more expensive.

Ended up getting out last night. Put a drill through the end of the shaft and drilled out the pin in the moddle then wacked the shaft through the gear. Wasnt much fun. The new pin is much looser.
