Anyone tried the new sensors from Spektrum yet; for the flight packs or the Rx pack.

If so I presume you had to change the EC3 connectors and did you have a stick pack?

Red face V=IR

V=IR
You have everything
Now
You can have rate or use or consumption over time in a chart thru telemetry data (T data).

Real time
or
On the fly

Ya Sure
As the T data is updated rates can be calculated and charted faster than the eye can see.
Last
How you want to see the T data via line or bar or pie chart is a simple MS excel function

Lost. Did not understand what you mean at all )))))

I meant that the OP wants to be able to monitor the mAh used in real time so that his TX can alarm him that it's time to land since the pack is getting discharged.

Presumably you can order direct form horizon.

http://www.horizonhobby.com/aircraft...ensor-spma9605

They haven't released a manual yet, and they haven't mentioned how to solder the connections right to the board in order to handle high amps.

My castle logs are showing spikes into the 220A range, with averages around 80-100A. I don't think a little EC3 is designed to handle that.

I wanted to try one of these too but I thought It was a stand alone unit. Turns out you still need a receiver, tm1000, and this? I run satellites so I guess I'm out of luck. I am also a bit disappointed that you need to daisy chain all these options to the tm1000. Feels like spectrum is behind the times when it comes to telemetry.

You don't need a receiver, the TM1000 does its part by itself.
